Darren Palache - Managing Director

Darren has a proven track record in venture capital, strategic investments and start-ups, with over 17 years’ experience in high pressure sales environments, team building, company structure and executive management. Darren brings important tools to the table when developing effective strategies for our clients, including a vast network of valuable contacts. Darren aims to lead the PDM team towards surging continuous improvements and maintaining our world class quality standards gained in a short space of time, due to sheer hard work and innovative business ideas. Outside of recruitment you will find Darren down the local gym 5 days a week, he is a fitness fanatic and loves to build up his muscles, we think he secretly has a body image issue!

Wayne Hay - Recruitment Manager

A specialist contracts consultant working within the banking and financial services sectors, primarily focusing on the interim appointment of senior risk, compliance and governance professionals. Wayne is also an associate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, thus ensuring the very highest standards of principled, professional conduct whilst adding a personal touch. Outside of recruitment Wayne loves to play tennis, he also has a body image issue and enjoys power lifting at the gym! 

Romayne Palache - Resource Consultant – Banking Team

As a fully fledged resourse consultant Romayne's role at PDM is to assist the senior consultant with resourcing candidates for requirements, posting job adverts, speaking with candidates, plus face to face candidate meetings, database management, in addition to learning the full recruitment life cycle. Romayne aims to be a top billing consultant within the Banking & Financials sector and has got off to a great start. Outside of work Romayne is passionate about football, as such we try not to engage Romayne in any conversation about football, as he can talk for hours!

Wayne Owens - Web and SEO Consultant

Wayne is the MD of design agency Seventeen Digital Media and works with PDM on a freelance basis looking after the web site and search engine optimisation side of things, when he is not doing techy stuff, Wayne plays guitar in an indie rock band and likes throwing mountain bikes off big hills and hopefully clinging on until he gets to the bottom!
