Exceptional people always seem to know exceptional people and that’s why we value the recommendations that we receive from our candidates.
If you recommend a suitable colleague to us and we succeed in placing them with our client, then you will receive a “Thank You” payment of £500 (pounds or the Euro equivalent.)
In order to take advantage of this fantastic scheme there are some rules that apply:
- The referred candidate must be secured (offered employment) by our client to their agreed *start date - this start date can be changed on the clients discretion
- The £500 referral fee is per candidate placed
- The scheme is open to any of our roles advertised on PDM Recruitment Consultancy's website, or advertised elsewhere by us including Google+, Jobs boards, LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook.
