Our client is a world leader within the financial sector who are now looking for serveral Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to join them in Frankfurt.

Job Description:

Our client are looking for severa Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to join them on a challenging project in Frankfurt. You will work with one of Europe's leading financial institutions.

Your daily duties will be to:

• Lead and deliver the change initiative - including the alignment with the AML modeling SMEs in terms of the scope, priorisation and the effective remediation of identified gaps
• Partner with the central AML T&R delivery teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose in a local context
• Create a control documentation aligned with key stakeholders, which supports the RTB handover process

Technical and Non-technical Skills:

• If you have knowledge of AML regulation it will be a bonus
• You have experience in Transaction Monitoring, at least Transaction Banking
• You have the ability to effectively manage, assess and mitigate program risk and dependencies
• You have strong learning ability around new areas
• You are experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders ad team members
• You are structured and analytical in your approach, preferably with hands on experience of process mapping/process re-engineering
• You have the relevant experience working in the Financial Services Industry, ideally with Regulatory Background
• You are fluent English and German
