Our client are one of Europe's most respected investment banks. They are now looking to expand their already highly talented team of specialists and are looking for a Chief Scrum Master to join them in the beautiful city of Stockholm. Project background:
- Our client are now looking for Chief Scrum Master to join their Pay & Get Paid team to secure the pace both in meeting their deliveries and contributing towards their agile journey.
- Working as a Chief Scrum Master (CSM) means that you are responsible for the overall project execution and development for Pay & Get Paid area within Accounts & Payments.
- This section are an independent and autonomous working organisation consisting of several agile teams working together towards a common goal, aligned with our clients corporate goals. The project will consist of 14 development teams with an extensive delivery agenda to meet customer expectations and adopt to changes in the payment market.
In practice this means that you will:
- Optimize the customer value flow, from idea to being “in use” and assist the teams in the tribe in delivering value
- Challenge existing structures, roles and practices
- Facilitate tribe planning events and processes
- Create and sustain an agile learning organization
- Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making as well as creating an environment of collaboration and mutual influence.
- Be a leader with focus on developing and coaching people
- Collaborate with key stakeholders e.g. Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Chief Product Owner, Team Managers and other stakeholders
- Support our teams to grow their agile maturity
You should have the following skills and competence:
- You have at least 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master RTE or similar
- We believe that you as a candidate have good knowledge and even greater curiosity to grow with in Agile.
- You as a person are communicative, inspirational and encourage dialogues.
- You believe in empowering people to build high performing teams.
- You embrace change and have a willingness to move forward, even when all information is not available.
- You encourage innovation and new ways of working to develop the business.
Language skills:
- You are fluent in English
