Job Description:

Our client are one of Austria's most exciting and innovative IT consultancies based in Vienna. They are now looking to expand their already highly talented team of IT specialists and are looking for a PMO consultant to join them.

Your daily tasks will be to provide:

• Operational project management in different parts of the PMO, such as Project planning, progress controlling, reporting quality management, risk management, dependency management, information management, reporting, documentation and more.
• Co-development or continuous improvement of PMO and program structures, processes and systems
• Act as the Deputy Head of the Program Management Office

You have the following skills:

• University degree, ideally Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Superior analytical and organizational skills, especially within a very dynamic and challenging environment
• Understanding of economic relationships and the interaction between business processes, ideally in the insurance sector
• Good user knowledge in the MS Office package as well as planning / project management tools and ideally JIRA / Confluence
• Project management certification desirable
• Excellent German and English skills
